We have also found a bigger purpose than our relationship with each other, a relationship with God. First Christian Church is more than a place, it's a family. WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICES LIKE? At First Christian Church we offer two types of services on Sunday, our 8:30 am service is a Traditional Church service, during this service we sing traditional hymns, and children’s programs are not offered during this service time. Our 9:45 am and 11:15 am services are more Contemporary, music includes drums and electric guitar with the song lyrics on the screen so everyone can participate. During both of these services Children’s programming is offered for children birth through 5th grade. Middle School and High School programs are offered in the 9:45 am service only. WILL I BE SINGLED OUT AS A VISITOR? We want you to feel as comfortable as possible when you visit our services. You will be greeted by a friendly face when you arrive to our services, and you will have the opportunity during the services to fill out a welcome card, where you are free to provide as little or as much information about yourself as you wish—and let us know of any prayer requests that you have. ARE THERE PROGRAMS FOR MY CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS? Yes, during the 9:45 am service, programs are offered for children birth through high school. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WORSHIP SERVICES? Our contemporary services tend to be more casual, and the traditional services more formal. However, you must remember, this is Florida, where "formal" is still fairly casual and comfortable. Children typically wear clothing they are comfortable in. We are more interested in doing life with you, and not so worried about what you wear, so the general rule is: Come as you are!
